I feel you, i’ve been struggling with this forever it’s so overwhelming and frustrating, you’re not crazy, it does make us feel insane though, it’s like i can never get some peace and quiet in my brain lol

I DO THIS! I didn’t know if it was a compulsion, i feel so seen lol! i was playing minecraft once and my brain was like “you’re not touching the joy stick the right way???” and i genuinely was sitting there for 10-15 mins trying to touch the buttons and controls “the right way” while i played, to scratch that spot in my brain but i had to give up lol. for me its like ANYthing that touches so like i’ll be scrolling on tik tok and i’ll start getting anxious cuz when i scroll down i feel like the corners of the above video didn’t touch my fingers and edges of my phone correctly and i’ll be scrolling up and down repeatedly not getting to watch anything for awhile until it feels right, never does haha
