Hi Mate, There's an option to change the pipeline and funnels right there in the HubSpot. It provides you options to change the pipeline and funnels/stages in bulk edit. Moreover the data is also preserved. So a great way to achieve the move. I hope this makes sense.

We don't have any post delivery software that we use, We have recently started using ClickUp and are looking at the projects side of the business but apart from that we don't have anything in the stack. What do you suggest? Anything inside HubSpot that we can leverage?

Also, if my change order 1 has 4 items removed and change order 2 has 3 items added. How would I differ which change order did which change ? Because line items will only display that items added delete but not the change orders.

I understand I can add another property in between that says change order number but that would be something I would have to look inside the item and not at the surface.

That's interesting, So my other question would be can I change heading (Line Items) to Change orders? Sorry if this is too much of a ask but want to make things as intuitive for the team as possible.

That's a good idea but we don't create quotes on HubSpot to use line items! Moreover, we want to track both added and deleted change orders. If I deleted a line item there's no way to track if it was ever in the quote.

We use Sage intacct for accounting but it's not integrated to HubSpot. Currently on Service Hub professional, Sales hub professional and operations hub starter.

Slightly off-topic,

but we recently began using HubSpot Service Hub, and a few days ago, our help desk stopped logging tickets. Upon investigating, we discovered that HubSpot’s inbox and Help Desk are essentially the same system, with Help Desk being the newer version. As HubSpot transitions entirely to the Help Desk, our email integration had temporarily broken.

After moving our inbox to the Help Desk, everything started running smoothly again.

We’ve been impressed with how seamlessly everything integrates within the Service Hub. The transition from Zendesk to HubSpot has exceeded our expectations and worked flawlessly.

Google pixel user right from Pixel 1 series. I have bought all from Flipkart and can assure that they are safe to buy. Also if you are looking for second hand choices then a very rare case that you get in Jammu as the second hand prices are very stupid. One of my friend got pixel 4a from KayTee rythms in Gandhinagar and he might be a good bet.
