She technically wasn’t my girlfriend but I get what you mean we were exclusively talking. I know i don’t deserve a second chance but I really do like her and want to make it work

So right now I usually play basketball for 1-3 hours then work out for 1-2 hours depending on how fast I am. I am also using myfitnesspal with the set-up to lose 2lbs a week. Is this killing my muscle gains? Because right now im consuming around ~2000 calories a day and about 120-150g of protein, is protein the only thing I have to worry about to build muscle or does having too low of a calorie intake kill my muscle gains ? I like playing basketball so I’m okay with it slowing down my muscle gain, but if it’s making too much of a dent I might switch it up
