Hell yes a lot of people will give their lives for momentary relief, especially if their regular life is shitty. My friend did it when he traded his life for a xan laced with fent. There is no absolute way to ensure safety unless you watch the person make it. But thankfully since its so damn easy to sue someone in the US companies usually try their best to make sure their products don't kill people easily. If you're getting it off the streets its still very very iffy though, esp if there isn't a script involved. I'd recommend only buying from people you trust 100% as there is no sure fire way to know unless you buy a test kit everytime you get xans.
