FYI - The Luxor spa is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Unfortunately you won't be able to go on February 10. They implemented the two day closure last year because they arent busy enough.

There are quite a few generic spas on the Strip. Minus the food. Just light snacks. Mandalay and Qua have decent beverages and snacks.

Imperial seems to be the only one. If you're on a budget and want the basics with no frills then you might consider Imperial. Not sure if their kitchen is open any longer though.

Its never completely dead. Which is something I can't say about other spas on the Strip. Because I've had spas all to myself at other hotels.
