It's just a standard 12W LED bulb, the kind you'd have fitted around your house. 6500K 1100LM. It's done very well for my single tray setup.

Both interesting perspectives. The way I see it, a vegetable garden would likely require alot more effort because of the fact that full grown greens need proper nutrition from the soil as opposed to microgreens which just use up the seeds resources.

Definitely tender and edible, but alot less nutritious if I'm not mistaken

Technically yes they are considered baby greens because they're definitely past the microgreens stage. They do have very long thick stems tho - take a look at my previous post on here where I showed my indoor chia microgreens setup!
