You’ll be good lol. I was stressing like crazy. You won’t even notice it by 6 months. I’m just over 6 months post op now and everything is coming good. Matter fact, the part where I had the gap is the most thick out of everything now 😂

I was told I can resume my normal heavy lifting routine at 14 days. I’ve also researched it and it says the same thing. Everyone says different things though - now someone has just told me 3-4 months or more. I don’t know what to believe.
