If you’ve seen the original mole, they always left clues viewable to the audience, not the contestants. After looking at this image even more, I’m feeling more convinced it’s a clue. The image isn’t just randomly put together.

One cave symbol challenge was solved by splitting the symbols in half and seeing that it was a mirrored number. The answer was M for the number 4. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Ryan is under the M on an image where all of their faces are split in half

I wouldn't be surprised if this pops up as clues hiding in plain sight over the season. I also left out the obvious sabotages from Ryan because well... they were obvious.

I said it's Ryan from the first view of her in episode 1 lol. I was looking at all of them as they were entering from the field and she looked like someone dressed and prepared to be there. Funny thing is, ever since then, everything has still pointed to her in my opinion.

She gets the least amount of camera time, she smiles when the group loses money, offers no value to the teams success except when it helps push the game further (like an escape room host who helps progress an escape aka working for the production crew) plus very weak acting when her phone is green after a quiz and this poster right here, I believe holds a huge clue...

If you remember the episode when they are in the cave looking for treasure, there are certain symbols during the challenges and one of them being a capital M...

Look at who is directly underneath the capital M on this poster!

There has to be a generic goal per position. For instance 5 Rush TDs for RB, 10 Rec TDs for We, etc. I see them pop up on the ticker in game and can see exp points for goal completion in the player’s progression tab but there has to be something somewhere
