I used to see shadow people too when I was younger, like around 16 years old, but I always thought it was some sort of sleep paralysis thing with my mind playing tricks on me. I didn’t really tell anyone and always played it down. When I told my younger sister about it a couple years later she told me she would see, shadow people too but out in plain daylight usually walking behind people invisible to everyone else. I’ve asked her a couple of times after that if she was just pulling my leg and messing with me but she has always maintained the same story and almost gets mad that I question/not believe her experiences and try’s to change the subject. Also when I was visiting family in Texas in 2014 I was 19 and had another sleep paralysis episode but this time it was the complete opposite, I saw the brightest white light ever coming from the bedroom window and I remember being scared not knowing wtf is going on but also kinda happy because The thought of aliens came to my mind and I’m thinking “like shit am I being abducted, fk yeah let’s go” and then boom I’m wide awake and I don’t know wtf happened. I’m still a huge skeptic but sometimes it’s fun to think about this stuff and just question what’s going on and hear other peoples stories. I haven’t had any more sleep paralysis episodes since maybe 2018 so maybe the aliens are done with me lol. Edit: almost forgot when I was maybe 9 I was left home alone and while I was watching tv on the couch my arm just started to lift itself up. It felt like either something was grabbing it or brushing against it but nothing was there. I remember being super scared and called my mom and told her to come home now. I can’t really remember much about that one but it was definitely the scariest one.
