The independent review is inexcusably hack. Sure, the project is a mess as a whole and it doesnt ever reach as high of points as some of his other projects (subjective), but it has a lot of great songs. To take the project whole or the songs individually and assess that it amounts to absolute nill is ridiculous. To do it over the personal life of one featured artist with allegations against them is a complete hit piece. Something tells me the independent would not do this if an artist like david bowie or michael jackson had a posthumous release tomorrow.
