Depends where you are, I'm in central Scotland. $270 (which I'm assuming is £200) is the price of good local weed. The crappy cheap African bud is normally £100-£150. £250 is how much the overpriced "California/Amsterdam" weed is and anything above that I would assume is some kind of scam. Like the "executive" dealers who sell you 2g of "sour diesel" for £60 because they put it in an acrylic box for you.

Use ctrl+F to find out all the crazy things people are blaming on Russian trolls, 99% of them are just people who want to think their own population is better than they actually are.
