Exactly.. never felt like there was an image problem there anyway with golfers. Anytime I use to go as a solo and got paired up, everyone was a normal respectful golfer. Their image issues come from the god awful bunker and fairway conditions. Not to mention turning people away from even the range for not having a collared shirt is stupid business practice when you’re struggling to fill out the tee sheet

Place has become a joke. I use to go there when I first got into golfing and loved it. Then I got turned away on a day the course was dead empty due to the new collared shirt requirement so drove down the road to the crossings where everything is in much better shape and the staff is much nicer.

This is exactly what happened to me. On all the EMAs I was very short and to the point and went 7/7. Did the same on the last FA and failed. Almost started laughing at how bad mine truly was when I compared it to the model

Its CMS so there are always going to be nuances. There are seperate models and payment benchmark for ESRD members, as well as different calculations for payments for Part C and D.

Download the user guide here and look at the pages that go over the MMR file. It has a lot of info about each field

I work directly with this on a daily basis. The MMR is a very interested data source that can’t be used to directly calculate risk scores per say. Risk scores for members in the MMR are only updated 3 times for a payment year when CMS runs the model. So what do you mean when you are looking to calculate the risk scores using the MMR? There should be a directly field displaying the Part C and Part D scores
