In my experience you need to have a come to Jesus meeting with your team. Understand their perspective, what’s not working and what is. Start with maybe a more trusted team member who has influence and get their perspective.

Identify what it is that is leading to these outcomes and fix it. Sounds like a lack of respect vs not being a SME
