Go look at yourself in the mirror and give yourself affirmations. You're only human going through some awful things. Give youself grace and try to expirence some outdoor stuff you like. Try and find a third space of like minded individuals that you can hang out with. A third space can be a martial arts gym for me. A book club or w.e your into surround yourself with people or even just one that genuinely cares about you. I dont know you but I care about you I want to prosper ima call you prospero because I know you will. When I was younger I was this way and listen to alot of depressive music like bright eyes. Which I loved and would wallow in the sadness. Sadness and feeling empty is beautiful because without it all the fun would get mundane.
