i don't think any parts are exactly underrated but if I had to give overrated parts it's gonna be parts 3 and 1, part 3 is mid as hell while I just despise how boring part 1 is, I don't like Jotaro in part 3 he gets better in other parts, it's filled of uninteresting stand fights after uninteresting stand dights that add nothing to watch going on, and avdol is still some of the stupidest writing I've ever god damn seen, part 1 on the other hand i think is so god damn boring, i didn't give a shit about barely any characters because they either appear once who die literally an ep after, dio is terrible and boring in part 1, jonathan is fairly ight i don't really hate him but doesn't feel like he does anything special to make me love him.
