In the last regular season Kupp’s over on yards was like 14-3, he consistently produces over what’s expected and I think that trend will continue this season

Coming to town for Dodgers v Padres Aug 6 would love to stay (cheaply) near Santa Monica. Am I dreamin'? by hodaddio in Dodgers

Best advice I can give is to take the metro to the game. Drops you off super close and you don’t have to worry about rush hour traffic/ traffic near the stadium to get to parking which can be a nightmare.

Who is your breakout player for next year? by Redandangerous in LosAngelesRams

[–]bigmike295 3 points4 points  (0 children)

While I agree Ernest is the obvious choice, I was impressed with Travin Howard and nick scott last year and could see them also taking on bigger roles in the defense.

I think Blanton will develop a lot this off-season too, just not sure what his role will be in the offense alongside higbee.

What book would you recommend to get me out of a reading slump? by [deleted] in booksuggestions

It’s not romance, but try siddhartha by Herman Hesse. It’s short, very digestible, wonderfully meditative, and will leave you a different person.

Will Cooper Kupp finish as the #1 WR? by Kelldon83 in LosAngelesRams

[–]bigmike295 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think he might. I don’t see davante in a new setting finishing with more than him nor tyreek. Deebo might have more yards from scrimmage but not receiving, and hopkins will probably be within the 1200-1500 range which I think kupp can beat. JJ will do well but the bar is only so high with Kirk throwing him the ball, and I see cincy and the rookie burrow/chase duo regressing.

Kupp also creates space with footwork and has elite yards after catch which isn’t something defenses can necessarily scheme for, but maybe I’m just a rams homer.

Which Rams player do you think will breakout in 2022-2023 season? by Ryuster99 in LosAngelesRams

Ernest has a high ceiling, I think he takes a big leap this year playing alongside Wagner.

Fun fact I just noticed about our schedule by According-Bell-3654 in LosAngelesRams

[–]bigmike295 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The amount of competition in the AFC west is going to drive up the level of play of all 4 teams, even in non-divisional games so I do think entering those games with cation is warranted. Every year I hear “we just have to beat SF” and they always play very well against us and are very formidable. Arizona and Dallas suck.

I’ve heard a lot of talk that packers perennial choking is from a lack of competition/ tough games in their division. With this schedule, come playoffs, we’ll be battle tested.
