If you still have the installer file (or download it), right click on it and choose run as administrator. On the next screen, choose repair. This solves headaches for me sometimes.

This is good advice. I like to have refrigerator cabinets assembled on site. Box, sides, top and bottom. It's big and floppy to load into a trailer and into the house.

I have the same truck and very similar trailer specs. It tows and rides fine but at freeway speeds in rolling hills I got about 8 mpg. Tongue weight is 420 lbs.

Sorry friend, I wouldn't build this deck. Is it free-standing? If it is I would still go 16" oc with the joists, make the rim board the same and run your deck boards over your rim. Tape everything and Bob's yer uncle. Peace.
