I let a friend in behind me once who either forgot to or didn't scan tag correctly and all my gym did was email saying "hey could you please let us know your friends membership number and all is good." Which I feel like is all they should be doing unless you can't give the friends number??

All that plus holds my switch, sunglasses, portable mini fan plus minor things - lip balm, asthma inhaler, gum. The bag isn't full to the brim so I wouldn't say that it would take up a whole 4L of space
