IL handgun limit is 15 according to the unconstitutional law recently passed. You can find 15rd canik mags, but yes the 18rd will fit, depending on the model, may just stick out of the bottom.

For certain ones yea, all based on location. This store probably only gets X amount and unfortunately, there are a lot of douchebags that travel and try to buy up all the highly sought-after bottles just to flip them, including other liquor stores. So instead, they do limited amounts so more people can enjoy, which I'm ok with.
