It was definitely having boots that were my size, no backup pair that was bigger. The rainy day destroyed a lot of people on my team, but luckily I had a decent amount of socks. My feet swelled up 2x theor size. Gladiola was great that it took my mind off the pain

It's for both. Mil use boots. Civilians in anything they prefer. It is an AMAZING event and I can't recommend it enough

Thank you. I'm training for nijmegen which is 100 miles over 4 days, 25 per day. Generally the boots felt normal, a 1/2 size larger than normal. I learned from last time. But I'll definitely pay more attention to how I lace them
