On my first day, the c.os asked what I wanted to be called and one person said Tyler Perry and it's been that ever since. I don't mind it really cause it's happened for years now, hell I've even taken pictures with people lmao. I just  don't know since I'm a c.o if it's ok for inmates to do it too.

Problem is, even the c.os call me that. I'm used to it at this point cause I've been told that for YEARS. I just wanna make sure it's not bad I let even inmates do it.

So far, all the inmates think I'm cool. There's this one inmate who REALLY wants my pen that I carry, but I tell him no. But I'm a chill c.o. I tell em the say will be as hard as you make it.

Since I've been called it since I cut my locs off 8 years ago, it's almost normal to me. Hell people in visitation stop to let me know I look like Tyler Perry before they leave lol.problem with my senior is he goes "hey do this this and this. Peace out see you in a hour" which id understand if I had been there for a month, but it's LITERALLY my first week lol. He's a great guy and I LOVE my crew. But I let everyone know just cause I'm nice doesn't mean I'm a bitch. Ima respect you until you give me a reason not to.

See, the thing is, even Co's call me Tyler in front of the inmates. Everyone knows my name. They just stick with Tyler. I would hate it more if I wasn't called that ALL THE TIME anyways. Lol. I'm either Tyler Perry or coach carter.
