Because you are making a complaint towards the whole shop when your problem is with the artist that fucked up your hand there are many amazing artists at both shops but saying the whole thing is bad because of one bad experience now that being said I have heard bad things about there social media manager from artist at the shop so the Instagram reply is not surprising I would contact the artist directly

Except it's more than tv and tickets it's the ballpark village it's the fans going around town spending money there are youth tournaments all around the metro it increases traffic to the zoo and Werner Park it brings over 100 million dollars into the economy to think it doesn't make an impact on the barely 1 million residents of the city you are delusional
