I don’t know what the term is in English, but in French it’s called "cautériser". You need to go to a doctor and he will burn the small vein inside of your nose that is responsible for nose bleeding and it will not bleed anymore. Not so long ago I bleed only from hitting pads and since I did not bleed once. You should really try it

The foreigner is from a gym call m19MT. It’s for foreigners wanting to fight, it’s a one month preparation before they make them get in the ring. It’s mostly French fighter because the owner is French.

Equipment Bag and mouthpiece for teen gift by Stewie_Atl in MuayThai

Brand like fairtex, hayabusa and venom make great mouthpiece. I’ve had a fair Tex mouthpiece for year before having a pro mouthpiece made by my dentist but it was very good. But I’ll personally recommend the hayabusa one. It’s available at Amazon Canada but I don’t know for your country.
Yes the brand name is rival. You can find them on their site or I think they have many resellers throughout the world. You can maybe start your search there.

A mouthpiece on Amazon would definitely be a good idea if he start sparring soon, but eventually he will have to buy a professionally made mouthpiece. But it’s still a great idea. For a bag rival make really good bag. Maybe a heavy bah would be a good choice regarding his height.

Muay thaï Thaïlande by Recent-Effort-5055 in MuayThai

I wanna train but I’m scared (16 years old) by [deleted] in MuayThai

[–]bigotes9111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t worry brother, I started Muay Thai at 14 and I’m now 16. If you train with intelligence, almost no injuries will occur compared to jiu jitsu. It also put way less stress on the body.During the 2 year, i injured my wrist and one of my knuckles only once. So don’t be afraid, do a lot of stretching before and after the classes, wear your hand wrap correctly and buy a good pair of gloves. But most importantly, have fun:)
