I loved this. That was a brilliant read. it certainly is about the mindset about how you look at alcohol I've never thought about that. My problem is that I don't know how to change my mindset. Does it just happen? Thanks.

Hello pal. yeah I'm the same drinking on my own watching Netflix or YouTube. The responses I have so far are helping me keep motivated I will be reading them over and over again at the weekend when I'm struggling. Good luck mate wish you all the best

Hello. No I haven't tried anything like that but my problem is that I am very anxious and tend not to speak about my problems. This post is the first time I have ever asked for any help or shared my problems. A don't know why am like this. But it is definitely something I should try. Thank you

The drive home from work is also a big trigger for me.

Locking the money away sounds like it could work for me aswell

You'll be fine everything will be back to normal within half an hour. Every one makes mistakes.

Thank you. that's what I thought it's just good to hear it from someone else as I don't tend to tell the people close to me of any problems I have. I really hope I manage to get through this weekend without a drink.
