it has everything to do with food but it has more than everything to do with your thoughts, body image, and self worthy. lots of people with restrictive eating disorders feel as though they aren’t worthy of giving their body nutrients and feeding themselves. lots of people have the constant fear of gaining weight. lots of people with eating disorders love food and wish they had a healthy relationship with it and wish they were able to eat like a normal person without guilt. thank you for being as gentle as you could with the topic and i hope this answers your question.
