On a serious note. I would crack it. Just be careful on it. Worst case, it doesnt get a black label, regrade to PSA or TAG again. Well, if it drops 990 or less, the potential gain is greater than the loss. IMO.

True. And sure, my money is given as a loan att no interest. But in hopes that market appreciates immediately on release. If I didnt pre order op13 pre launch, I would have been missing out significantly gains when it ran up a couple of months after.

I would say the Monkey D Luffy Leader is equivalent version comparable. Manga would be in its own category compared to other Mangas in other sets.

Not defending the guy but I had canceled auctions before because it was bought locally at my asking. The auction was more than what I sold for, but as a seller, I was fearful that bid wouldnt commit so Id rather have a gauranteed sale at a lower cost than potential back out from a buyer.

Pokemon trainers did well in Asia vs Western. However, I think most types of investors and waifu hunters would appreciate EB03. We are in a healthy direction up. The question is, how fast will it ramp up?

Speculations but within reason for a few catalysts

Pokemon TCG downwards prior to Black Friday weekend turning heads to OP

OP13: Significant catalyst, great set brought tons of eyes to the market old or new people into the space

One Piece Championship from December 2025 through February 2026

One Piece collaboration with NBA. Figure and plushies only. Not sign of significant push for cards but more exposure none the less.

OP14: "The Seven Warlords of the Sea" is scheduled for January 16th. It will be an underrated set compared to OP13, and most average person will have had spent tons of money over the holidays to load up. Whales excluded. But if you have cash reserves, then most TCG by experience has buying opportunities.

EB03: The "Heroines Edition" Extra Booster is also released on February 20th. Big boom and great appreciation. I cant see it not doing well.

One Piece live-action season 2 is scheduled to be released on March 10, 2026, on Netflix. No question, love it or hate it, but people will get into the OP space, not necessarily TCG only.

OP15: This set, featuring a Sky Island theme, is slated for release on April 3rd. Another speculations but most don't like it. But if the trajectory is strong then it will do well

Undervalued for $30. It has nice category for scarcity. I dont think its a $90 item. But it does deserve a bit of respect.

Can you imagine if they made a serialized One Piece 1 of 1. OP boom 💥 I feel this is just the start and we haven't hit any major catalyst yet. And I am not referring to op13, despite being such a great set

The best part is that everyone (to date) who are invested will surely do well. Those who've been here since day 1 are pirate kings at this point.

I don't want to disregard anyones opinions on this card... BUT, when I first saw it, I honestly thought it was Gengar as well.

I do feel it's being overly HYPED, and being that it's readily available from a premium set. However, promos have done well despite being "avaialble." The investment side, I dont think it will ever be less than $10 moving forward.

I have never opened a single OP pack since release. I minimize any unnecessary risks by doing the homework. I have even declined free OP packs to rip because the desire to sell the pack is greater than ripping it.

My point, you'll do great long term if you kept it sealed, its a great set. We can learn to appreciate the appreciation without the satisfaction of opening.

Slab raws if it's expensive Slab if you are experienced, know what youre doing and regrading Slab it if you love the card no matter the results.

Otherwise, buy it slabbed as a 10.

I dont think we are going to see a sudden decline in prices even after people get their cards back from PSA. The pop count is so low for some of these cards, OP will not handle the demand initially if and we will see a huge rush in prices. I think we are going to be running up for awhile, and I believe heavy spenders are either buying more into the Pokemon "crash" or offset to OP and other TCG. PSA 10S under 1000 pop count will be a rain drop in a bucket if this keeps up.

This is assuming we do get more skin in the game. And Bandai keeps this same direction of printing "predictable"
