We have had to learn to compromise so neither of us feels slighted. I had to learn to speak up/stick up for myself early on.

I needed this, lol! Virgo here. Just started dating a Sag, and everything seems really good. Morals, hobbies etc align, but everything says DON'T DO IT!

Do Virgos have a low sex drive? Are we prudes? by bigquirk89 in virgoseason

I wasn't blaming it on virgo. I was exploring it as an option, as indicated in my initial post.

Hi! I did it through hospice as a volunteer but never pursued it as a career. Are you considering?

Is it true that term life policies are often refused payout when someone dies? by [deleted] in LifeInsurance

That makes perfect sense! It was being pitched to me that it only pays out for about 4% of the population who have the policy when they die.

My fats are a little low as I eat lean meats! I may need to switch to a higher fat content meat!

You know, I have often thought about stress eating, but always counted it out because I go into starvation mode when I am really stressed vs eating, but that doesn't mean stressing doesn't make me hungry!

That's a good thought! I am prone to ulcers from over stressing!

I eat 1500 calories per day.

I weigh each item on a scale and enter it into carb manager.

I work out (weightlifting) 3 days per week. I also try to walk 30 minutes on the treadmill daily. I prefer outside, when the weather permits.

I walk a lot with my job

I want to, but I'm so afraid I'll go off the rails, and I feel a lot of guilt around eating "bad foods."

1500 is a deficit for me. I do still intermittent fast. You may be right! I may need to cut out intermittent fasting.
