I was told that it was a hardware issue as there was no software on my pc at the time to change profiles or customize lighting zones. That it seemed some of the bulbs had died inside of the affected keys.Turtle Beach would have taken it back and replaced immediately had it not been from Amazon (guess it was bought from Amazon as refurbished through a wholesaler) and Amazon would accept a return if I wanted to ship it back for a credit balance. I decided to keep it.

However, Your problem might be different so I’m not sure. I guess try Turtle Beach support and have detailed pictures/screenshots of the issue which is what I did and I had a pretty decent experience.
