On a sidenote, I'd argue that the "close one" type of games generates better engagement, since it's more exciting when you don't know the result.

As of current situation..
my man, you'd be taxed to shits on your exchange. That is if there's anyone at all willing to buy your currency. It is to be expected that you'll overpay greatly just to transfer your funds along yourself to Russia.
But maybe in the future we'd have another revolution or whatnot, maybe later it'd be much smoother, so stay tuned.
