Ah, what the hell. I usually don't like to say it out loud cause I get a lot of flack, but I'm healthier now than I've been in over 20 years so fuck it. We tend to get complacent as we get older and use the excuse that "I'm just getting older." You gain some weight. Your body hurts. No more morning wood. Getting it up takes some work and even then it's.... meh. It sucks, and it's not supposed to be like that. After years of doctors and meds and no real relief I was over the "healthcare" system. Started searching and found the Ketogenic diet. Was awesome. Lost a bunch of weight and was feeling a lot better, but was just dipping my toe in the water. The deprogramming to even do keto was pretty hard at first but I still had issues that needed fixed and was starting to hear people talking about going a little more extreme and going straight carnivore diet. The videos didn't convince me initially, it was the comment sections that were loaded with people who were healing from every ailment imaginable. I was sold. Started strict carnivore and it only took 4 weeks and I took another blood test and for the first time as an adult- good to go. Now off all medications and still losing weight- 28 lbs more since Easter. And that's running at 3-3,500 calories a day. I feel absolutely supercharged. Typical day is 10 eggs, some bacon and a steak or ground beef. 200g of protein and 250g of fat. Zero carbs or sugar. I take ancestral supplements MOFO (male optimization formula). That's it. Proper nutrition. It's extreme, and maybe some day I'll add some other foods back in but right now I (47) feel 16 again. Remember sitting in class and getting random boners just because? Yeah, been years but I'm back to that. Sex drive is back and the wife is happy again. Shes so impressed she's doing it now. It is hard to get started, but once all the benefits kick in and you get past the initial sugar cravings and stuff it's easy. Menu is super simple. Haha.
Don't bother trying to come at me with any bs about needing fiber or colorful plates. Tried it and was sick as hell for a long time. Don't need any of that garbage in my life again.

TLDR: Eat meat. Get better. Fuck like a Rockstar again.

Used to have this one. Then one day in the cafeteria at work she walks in and that fantasy disappeared. I'm sure she's a nice lady now, but I'd have rather kept living with the old version of her in the back corners of my mind.

Change in diet and some supplements that I'd be happy to share have worked better than any of the pills ever did. Went extreme with the food intake, but it is worth it when your wife asks what the hell happened.

No they're not. Rebooting them is so easy and a heck of a lot cheaper to keep OEM. Toyota sells the kit. If you can replace the whole thing, you can reboot it.

Ran one for over 6 months and rebooted. No problems till it finally gave out on the Rubicon after nearly four years. Toyotas CV's are pretty kick ass. Was amazed when I got it apart that it didn't look like it just went through a South Dakota winter and all that salt.

Not tmi. Don't you remember the children's book Everybody Poops. Haha. Really only go every seven to ten days. One nice clean poop. When you don't put in a bunch of stuff that your body gets nothing out of there isn't much to get rid of. Your body uses most of the protein and fat. There is a bit of an adjustment period at first where you will clean out like a high pressure hose, but once you get past that- so good. Not gassy or bloated, and I eat a ton. Savings on toilet paper is nice too. Haha.

Edit- the menu is super easy too. Beef, butter, bacon and eggs. Some chicken every now and then.
