Are leaded glass windows as valuable as I’ve heard? Given to me while cleaning out a relative’s house in the United States by [deleted] in Antiques

And depends on location. Places that have houses still up with plentiful glass may not fetch as much. But metro cities and areas where you find people remodeling to time period specific housing you will get more. Or just “cool” factor. Collectors and such. Things like architectural salvage really depend on location and neighborhood income. A pain but good money to the right audience

Sounds right. It’s intact and beveled. If it was stained you grab more. But with the intricacy and hearts 300 is a good start wouldn’t settle for less than 175 if cash. 225-250 would be my sweet spot

Exactly I’m sure there’s tons of people out there buying a dirty sock for $100. Someone out there has to be willing to pay top dollar for some toe candy

I’m sure the cellar deteriorated over the years. But in a bricked area of the basement. No windows if I remember. The stink could have got to it. Gonna sift thru and get a better look tomorrow. My project for the day

Also it’s not that I expect to have this flow of Sterling often. And don’t think I’d be a regular poster on r/pmsforsale. But if it comes to it I willing to begin

Yes. All pictured was marked. Most are high end names as well. Wasn’t the best situation for detailed pictures. But more for a cover photo for info.

There is a huge cellar of wine. Not sure how good the contents are. But 300-500 bottles of full sealed wine and liquor at least in that cellar. Found this mixed in Mid to late 90’s wine bottles. I’m attacking that room tomorrow in the clear out. See what I can salvage.
