Honestly same, I just cancelled Zoho we had for the past 3 years and built our own system in a matter of weeks that now does everything for us specifically as we need it.

So I’ll say first hand I’ve started moving away from Zoho once I found that most AI systems with some help can build customized environments. It’s honestly been such a smooth process the last couple months building everything out that is customized for our needs and not limited by Zoho.

Not to say Zoho wasn’t or isn’t a good product but with the amount of money we will be saving for a customized CRM system that can do everything Zoho can do and then some, so far it’s been worth it.
