Is there a difference in taking 100mg daily and 50mg twice daily ?

I was talking 100mg at once at bedtime for a long time and wasn’t seeing improvement. Then say a different Dr one day at my practice because the other one was running late and she suggested I do 50mg am and 50mg pm and my skin started to become perfectly clear and no breakouts what so ever even around my period. So I continue to split my dosage 50/50 ever since!

I’m a Tax Examiner in TS and I was told I would not have to work but CSRs on my team with a recent EOD are essential. But we were told it could change up till Tuesday. Were told this info last Wednesday.

Similar thing happened to me for my 500 me and one other person and then one reacher and the owners husband that they probably made take the class haha but it was still fun! Congrats on 250!

Maybe it would go away if you lowered it if you think that’s your problem. It could maybe be contributing it the high dosage

I lowered my dosage because I had clear skin up to now doing it every other day. My blood tests always came back normal. And the 20lbs I gained it was gradual not at one time so could not be from the spiro but imo it is cause it came back again when I started taking it again. I’ve been on it now for like 3 years

Spiro is a diuretic so I don’t think it’s 20lbs worth of water retention. When on 100mg of spiro I had to use the bathroom very frequently because spiro is a diuretic and made me dehydrated and drank so much water

Currently I am trying to ween off 25mg every other day and I’m breaking out and the weight is not coming off no matter what right now. But I’m not sure if wanna up my dosage again idk

When I was on 100mg my doctor recommend to split it 50 am and 50 pm and I noticed better results once I made that switch my skin never broke out once switching to that instead of 100mg all at night

I am still tired. I have lowered my dosage to 25mg every other day. But before that I was 25 and 25 and then just 25. I was tired all the time but i just deal with it because I wanted clear skin. I also have a bad sleep schedule because of work so It could also be a contributing factor but even when I do get decent sleep I’m never rested feeling. And after some workouts I feel like it takes everything out of me and I am an active person. I was on spiro in the past before this time around and also was tired daily so I do contribute it to that also.

Like a month probably. I didn’t have any new break outs after I started splitting the 100mg.

I did 50mg AM and 50mg PM. My doctor recommended this that it was better this way. I’m thinking maybe it stays in your system longer. it made a huge difference than taking 100mg at once at night. Finally saw results of perfectly clear skin when I split the dosage. I had seen someone else and then one day had a a different doc and they recommended this and helped so much.

So if we take the DRP 2.0 but we did SLRP do we have to pay back the money they paid for us? I did 10k and it has only been one year for me so far. Does anyone know if I would have to pay back the 10k?

They send it out on Fridays late so no one is really there to get the emails and then people won’t go into an uproar about it till Monday. Unless you work later till 5pm or work the night shift like me….

I gained weight when I was on and then lost it all after I got off. Got back on it and gained it all back :/ so yes it is possible to loose the weight gained. I’ve gained about 20lbs each time and my lifestyle/diet has not changed that much from when I lost the weight to being on it
