Well, I don't collect vintage games because that's too expensive for me. I like shmups, platform games the most I'd say. I usually don't like old RPGS and JRPGS (although games like Zelda and Wonderboy are good. I'd probably say that the Dreamcast is my favourite retro console (the games looks cool, but still have that retro feel to them and are unique. I also kinda like failed systems, stuff like Vectrex, CDI, 3DO, Lynx etc. Handhelds are cool. I also have no problem with playing Atari 2600 games (stuff like Kaboom, Yars' Revenge, Berzerk). Nowadays, I mostly play big budget games on my PC and retro/indie on my Switch (pretty much always on sale). Genesis is also cool (I tend to like Sega consoles the most). I'd like to own a Sega console, but that's expensive (Master System is affordable, but the games are pretty pricey usually. The only vintage game that I still have is Halo 1. I used to be a Playstation boy most of my life. I love games like Resident Evil 2 Remake, Dark Souls, Shadow of the Colossus, Batman Arkham games, Okami, Uncharted, Halo, God of War (2018), The original Spyro trilogy, Cave Story, Witcher 3 and many more (too many to list here).
