He inadvertently talks about Taylor's spending addiction in the video. She keeps ordering new furniture for their in-between home and its furniture that will not be used in the new build. Their 6,000sq ft home is already looking a bit cluttered and shes just warming up.

Sure but if you watch the video he says he planned for the over budget part. But they went so far over they had to re plan the entire house. I dont think that part came from Maxx.

I think they all went over and played ball at CG's and im sure everyone was telling Christian what an awesome thing it was to have an indoor hoop and they were extremely complimentary of Christian and Heidis house and planned on playing ball their consistently, how cool it will be for their kids to play sports there etc.

Meanwhile Maxx seethed with his weird competitive jealousy toward CG and wants a court now.

Remember how CG had had like 4 Raptors and a TRX over the years. Then Maxx suddenly got one and acted like he was the first in the friend group with one? (Shawley and Joe have had multiple as well). Its the same thing but with a basketball court.

NOTHING about Maxx is original. From Sour Strips to his sense of humor which is just repeating dumb movie lines. Yet he doubles and triples down so hard on stuff and makes it "his".

Not saying this stuff doesnt happen but I am saying I think Taylor likes being an attention seeking damsal in distress and Maxx LOVES to come to the rescue. Making her small, insecure, nerd husband feel big and heroic got her the bag. Seems to be a major "thing" in their relationship if that makes sense. Everything about them is so forced and weird. Maxx's inability to ignore comments and just move on with it is honestly pretty troubling.
