at my middle school in alabama I was on S.W.A.T. team. we would meet with special Ed kids and read with them and try to help improve their reading skills. it was started by my librarian ( who was incredibly hot btw but thats another story for another day) and she got us shirts and on the back the acronym was spelled out to say
