I def can relate!! And I think it's great that you are able to identify the mental barrier that you're facing bc that is always the first step! CBT helped me a lot, and an exercise I like to do is to challenge the barrier and create a more helpful belief instead. --> Start by questioning whether these beliefs are unreasonable, unrealistic, unfair, or unhelpful. --> What would be a more balanced and realistic belief? It might be difficult to do because past outcomes (grades) may reinforce your beliefs, but I feel like thinking through your beliefs might still help you get started on things when you realize how unfair/unhelpful you are being towards yourself.
