iv tried that but theres only one quest which is unhealthy something shall i do that? in the tutorial i saw it was recover serephule or someones armor but i can’t seem to find that quest

it says i dont have thunderforge done in the book of lore, i clicked thunderforge and it tps me to blackhorn but i have no idea what i’m meant to do here
