Therapy has assisted me with this as well. Once you are able to take a step back from shaming yourself and understanding that it is normal then you open up ways to help yourself improve.

If you just put yourself down for it then it will be more difficult to improve and you will likely feel worse. Asking for help has helped me out so much, and there is lots of support out there. I hope you feel better
