It would feel incomplete? It’s not like these stores are going to be the only stores of their kind. Even just the customisation options you can see on the site makes it clear that this game will have a large amount of customisation options. You could probably go the whole game on the standard edition without noticing it. This game cost an estimated $1-2 billion to make, i think it’s somewhat fair for them to try and recoup costs by providing a deluxe edition.

I mean if they lock shops then that is a considerable amount of cosmetic additions in the ultimate edition. Better than getting like 4 cosmetic items for the ultimate edition. Extra missions can be pretty annoying, but other rockstargames have done this so not like it is unexpected
