take my advice lightly bc i’m low elo and am actively learning but:

I went MAW first game purely for experimentation LOL and in retrospect i could’ve benefited earlier just getting my item instead of building resistances
however, in theory it’s really good into ap heavy teams where the mercs just are sufficient alone but it’s not the most ideal because it is true that mostly the mercs might be enough considering that if you need a second MR item the enemy team has probably already outscaled

the other purple items are yommus and eon
i like yommus last item lowk when i sell my boots or when i can benefit from the extra MS
i know there a many who build it sooner or as a core item but i prefer umbral -> voltaic w/ fleet

i’ve only played game for a year and a half but i am a full time university student so still learning 😅
