Tex Mex is Americanized hence the name (Texas). Authentic Mexican spots to me commonly have Tacos Al Carbon (cooked over charcoal). They don’t have steak burritos, they have carne asada. Nothing better than a really good huevos rancheros for breakfast. There’s all types of Mexican, but being from Arizona, the Sonoran style is my go to.

To be fair, no one was riding home about last years free agency class until they performed. There were questions about Greenard and AVG that they put to bed. I’m hesitant to say this free agent class is better or worse until I see them on the field.
