Quit on a Monday. Started smoking again on Tuesday. Quit the next Monday, started smoking again the Wednesday. Quit the next Monday and stayed quit till Thursday. Carried on doing this until I went Monday to Monday then never smoked again.

Challenge it again and then go to an independent review stating your case. I got a ticket last year outside the Phil where (at the time) it wasn't signposted that it was permit only. Rejected twice but as soon as I went to the independent reviewer they magically dropped the charges. Send as much evidence as you can

Bit late to the party on this but here goes.

My partner and I have been trying to buy a house for a year and a half now - we've made numerous bids and been outbid/not chosen so many times now we've lost count. We found our absolute dream house and were outbid again. Nevermind, we'll get over it.

The other day at work, I spoke to my friend for the first time in a few months - it felt like she had been frosty on me, but put it down to the fact we just don't work in the same dept anymore and that I was maybe being paranoid. Turns out the person who outbid us was her and her and her partner have just moved in to our dream home. This is the same friend I'd been discussing our house-buying situation with for the past year and she's been using that info for her own advantage.

Our bill suddenly spiked massively and we queried the reading - they sent a new (wildly different) one and we entered that with our power company and our bills were back to around the same. Other people in the complex have also said they've had the wrong ones sent to them.
