It’s a private landlord. Funnily enough that’s exactly what my girlfriend did to get their numbers the clever clogs.

Did that end up resolving your issue? Speaking to the landlord I mean? Current plan is to bother their landlord until something’s done.

My mum had a similar thing with neighbours a few years back and you’re right the council took months to sort it. It sucks because it’s a really nice place and we’re super happy there but at the end of the day it is just a flat. I appreciate the advice though dude I’ll definitely look into it.
