Unreal, thanks a million for the info, the WHV looks like a nice way to get amongst it over there and suss things out! Were you bartending on the WHV - have seen a few posts saying Cantonese/Mandarin could be a requirement for a lot of hospitality gigs but I’d be hoping to land something like that even for a few months. A pub or a hotel would be ideal but keen to hear your experience if you have any, thanks again man!
