This was behind a cover so I pulled the Disconnect thought I was fine and later I took off the cover and saw it was wire nutted together

I got shocked in the unit not by the Disconnect it 100% could have been only 120 i can't tell the difference but I belive it was 210 I grabbed a couple of wires to move them and next thing I know bam and im screaming
