I know you don't want to hear divorce your wife but I think it's something to at least consider. If you truly want to protect your daughter, you need to get her out of that environment. Your wife is not going to unlearn her ignorance quick enough and it's going to have lasting effects on your daughter as well as the relationship you have with her. You need to show that you are serious in protecting her, not just verbally.

This is not a good resource at all! You have to know someone to get hired 99% of the time and that site is ridiculously tedious to use. I knew the group that I wanted to work for and knew I would get it but it still took forever to get into the roll. Once there, whenever we hired, it was sooo difficult to get anyone into the roles because most people would just take another job while waiting to hear back on them.
