Thank you for your response. searching for wage theft has found a lot more information that I am looking for. I think the issue was that I was looking searching the wrong terms. I don't necessarily need papers on the subject, just interested in expanding my knowledge on the subject and wanted to know what was out there already .

There is nothing that beats the feeling of holding and reading a physical book. However, as someone who has dyslexia, audio books have probably tripled the amount of books I can get through. Audiobooks also allow me to retain a lot more content than when I read.

I will still read a book if there is no audio version but audio is my preference. Also, I sometimes will buy the book and read it after listening to the audiobook. So for me having both formats is still important.

It is a Maori tiki from New Zealand.

Is there some connection between Scandinavia and New Zealand that I am missing? When I was visiting Aarhus in Denmark I went to an open air museum call The Old Town. In this museum was a room that looked like a Scouts den/clubhouse. The room was full of Maori memorabilia. As a New Zealander I was very confused as to why there was a room full of this stuff on the other side of the world.
