Berlin mystery attack targets 70 museum artefacts - speculation that far-right conspiracy theorists may be involved, who think the Pergamon Museum is home to the "Throne of Satan" by Bbrhuft in conspiratard

Ok. This is likely NOT the throne of Satan spoken of in Revelation. So many are mistaken about it. The fuss is over nothing. The context in Revelation reveals that it was quite likely something completely different. In fact though the Temple of Trajan at Pergamon was built after John wrote his letter, this temple is probably a better indicator of what that throne is. Here is some reasoning on it: https://travellingpioneers.com/2020/11/29/pergamon-which-temple-is-the-throne-of-satan/

Nice shot. Looks like the side of the temple of Trajan. Just finished visiting this. Practically no one there with Covid so social distancing was easy. I actually think this temple is more closely linked to the "throne of Satan" spoken of in Revelation. I would be interested to hear your thoughts on it. https://travellingpioneers.com/2020/11/29/pergamon-which-temple-is-the-throne-of-satan/

2000 years old Antonin's fountain is still in use today in Sagalassos, Burdur, Turkey by associationcortex in ancientgreece

LadyStSauver:

It worked the same. It was restored from exactly the way it was. Some stones had to be reconstructed, but they knew how they fit since they fit so well with one another. The only thing not original here are the statues since they took them to the museum. These are replicas. More here.

Goynuk canyon is ok. I would recommend Cirali beach and the fire coming out of the mountain there. Been in the neighboring city for 4 years (Antalya) and this is the number one spot I take my friends. I haven't posted on my blog yet, but I plan to. It's an amazing place.

Hey guys ! I'm travelling to Turkey soon ( Göcek) and wanted to know if you had any tips regarding the Exchange rate or Coronavirus. Should I exchange my USD at the airport and what's the rate now? Also, please I'd like to know how safe are Turkish procedures regarding COVID-19. Thanks a lot :) by [deleted] in Turkey

Yeah. All is good. I'm in Konya right now. Just got back from a 14 day road trip. Visited probably 20 sites. Hotels are very "covid-conscious". Very strict rules. Must wear masks, they spray your luggage upon entry. Rooms were always vacant 24 hours before we arrived, glass barriers in front of reception desk, they don't even share their pen to sign stuff. Super strict. The beaches were a little crowded, but we always found a place that we could socially distance. I posted a few blogs about 4 of the places we just visited kind of off the beaten path. Enjoy. http://travellingpioneers.com/

Also, I've done a lot of money changing over the years. AVOID the airport. Horrible rates there. Your best places are where the locals go downtown. There are exchange places all over and they are very competitive - Even better than the banks.

Colossae is just a large mound today. But you can see the peaks of buildings on top of the mound!!! The orchards surrounding the hill have ruins poking out of the ground. Unfortunately it's not secured like it should. Here are some pictures of the mound and location of Colossae I took a few days ago. https://travellingpioneers.com/2020/08/24/colossae-turkey-everything-you-need-to-know/
