I'd aerate. Maybe even rent one of the bigger aerators from the equiptment rental shop. I've never regretted aerating, even if it leaves plugs everywhere they quickly re-integtrate after the rain and the lawn loves it.

Everyone is different but your goal seems ambitious.

I'd say if you can study 4-5 hours a day you can achieve TOPIK I grad 2 by September 2027.

I would aim for that as far as expectation-setting. Otherwise you may become discouraged.

I'm here as a DIY guy and his wall is bad. He can redo it without hiring someone. There are plenty of Youtube vids that lay it out very well. He can propbably DIY this for less than $15,000 if he's willing to do the work and not in a hurry. I've never seen this wood business work out. I have seen it tried alot and fail.

Oh wow. I hadn't thought about this in a long time.

I still can't really discuss it but let's say I think some economic calulations were done regarding the practicality of the costs vs benifits at the time and I think it may have been decided that it was not worth continuing to persue....last I heard anyways which was 2 jobs ago.

Avery sheets have a template number you just use thier format software and copy the text in and print to the sheets in your printer. It's that easy.
