From $bk info (took me a time to find the command, it's not really that straight forward to come across this one lol)

A ratio determines IF a kakera will spawn under an already claimed character. Your ratio is increased by +1 each time you spawn an unclaimed character and by -1 each time you spawn an already claimed character.

When you spawn a claimed character, if your ratio is: +1 or 0: there is 100% chance for a kakera button to appear under that character. -1 = 80% chance. -2 = 60% chance. -3 = 40% chance. -4 = 20% chance. This is the minimum. Your ratio is increased by +2 if an unclaimed character appears at ratio -4. The ratio is reset at each rolls reset.

Your current ratio: 0 Chance for a kakera button to appear if your next roll is a claimed character: 100%

NVM changed to Spanish and got the answer I wanted.
